Working LCD and USART

The LCD is working, I defined six new characters to be able to draw a cup.
Next step is to work in the interruptions and ADC.

First definitions

The project is on it's way, I'm rewriting the PID code in C18 just for pleasure and because I want to try the libraries included to drive the LCD, the ADC and the USART.
